Blau Cel D.O. Tarragona

A pale golden hue marks Blau Cel wine (blau cel' means 'sky blue' in Catalan), with aromas of apple, white peach and rose. On the palate, the first presence is of freshly picked apples, complemented by crunchy fallen leaves. Peach, nectarine, and ripe fig linger after, offering a multi-layered complexity that remains delicate.

After the heritage of the vines cultivated by the family for several generations, Moisès Virgili, owner and oenology graduate, established his cellar with the garage of his family home. Nowadays  where three full-time workers and additional seasonal staff look after the treasured heritage. A lot of humility and work to take care of the tiny parcels of mostly old vines that he himself pruned and harvested as a kid helping his father.
