Cured for a minimum of 36 months in the houses of Sierra de Guijuelo, the exceptional hams of Extrem Puro Extremadura are obtained from the hind legs of purebred Iberian pigs that are fed on acorns and wild grass. With white marbling threaded through the red ham, each hand cut piece is juicy and tender, complex and intense.
