This Organic Asturian Meat Stew Pack includes 100% natural Asturian Smoked Chorizo, Asturian Smoked Black Pudding and Salted Panceta. A great addition to a stew, simply finely slice each of the ingredients and stir into your dish as it cooks to add a wonderful depth of flavour. Typically used to make Asturian ‘Fabada’, a Spanish bean stew but is equally fantastic in chickpea or lentil dishes.
