Almond Cake (Tarta de Santiago) 650g

Tarta de Santiago is a handmade baked cake made with almonds, according to the traditional Galician recipe.  It can be found in nearly every bakery window throughout Spain, particularly in the northwest region, Galicia, where pilgrims flock to year after year during the expedition on Camino de Santiago.

Serving suggestion: Drizzle a tad of Crema de Orujo to unfold incredible flavours.
