Chosen by our sommelier for their charm and uniqueness, each of these three wines represents the finest in authentic Spanish produce. The Jean Leon 3055 Rosé is rounded entry, high acidity, persistent finish. Herència Altés Garnatxa Blanca very aromatic with notes of melon and white fruits on nose, it's dry, fresh & medium body. Lastly Pasos de la Capula enchants with hints of morello cherries, black cherries and plums.

Jean Leon 3055 is an organic wine from Barcelona prepared by Jean Leon. A rosé with a distinctive pale pink colour characterized by immense freshness and elegance. The bouquet displays pronounced notes of strawberry, cherry and white peach, along with echoes of citrus blossom. The palate stands out for its remarkable freshness, balanced vibrant acidity and long finish.

Herencia Altes White Garnacha is a fine, precise Spanish white wine which comes from Terra Alta, a small region near Barcelona. A fresh, clean and balanced wine, with a very expressive nose that awakens aromas of citrus, fruit and also Mediterranean herbs. On the palate it is very fresh, with a vibrant and very elegant acidity.

Pasos de la Capula Tempranillo from Castilla y Leon,Spain is a varietal wine, vinified from the Tempranillo grape variety. After the harvest, the grapes are taken to the winery as quickly as possible. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Then, this delicious Tempranillo continues to harmonize for a few months on the fine lees. Pasos de la Capula is for who like it absolutely dry. On the palate, Pasos de la Capula Tempranillo shows a bright ruby red colour, enchanting with hints of morello cherries, black cherries and plums.
