About us

Nacho Manzano and Marcos Fernandez Pardo teamed up in 2007 to work on the concept of a truly Spanish restaurant for London, built on authenticity, the finest produce and timeless traditions of their homeland. Along with Cesar Garcia, Marcos and Nacho opened the first Ibérica restaurant in 2008 to great success, with five more following shortly thereafter.
