Joven de Silos D.O. Ribera del Duero
Joven de Silos is a young red wine from the Ribera del Duero wine region of Spain, made from 100% Tempranillo grapes and without any oak ageing. Dark cherry red in colour the Joven de Silos displays elegant aromas of red fruits and ripe fruits of the forest, with mineral and violet floral tones and a youthful edge.
On the palate, it is fruity and silky with pleasant tannins. A long lingering intense yet fine wine, due to its refreshing acidity. A perfect pairing with Spanish tapas.
