This wine had a natural clarification according to the minimal intervention approach. Over time, precipitation might occur and be evidente at the bottom of the bottle, which has no effect on the quality of the wine.

✔ Tasting notes: Visually, it is cherry red coloured with a garnet rim and ruby reflections. Dense. In the nose, the red fruits and cherries stand out, a subtle balsamic touch almost minty, scrubland (aromatic herbs: thyme and rosemary) and primary aromas of the fruit. On the palate, it surprises with its silky structure, acidity and fruit. A long lasting wine with smooth tannins and an acidity that recalls the grape skins, mature red fruits, an invitation for an immediate second sip.
✔ Pairing: This is a silky red wine with a remarkable acidity that matches perfectly well both with white and red meats or fatty fishes such as tuna and cod. It is also good with pasta and meat sauce dishes.
