Manchego Curado Cheese is a pasteurised, hard Spanish cheese created in the La Mancha region of Spain by Gómez Moreno. This delicious artisan cheese is made with 100% raw sheep’s milk and matured within six months. The synergy of the cheese produces a unique product with a special, unmistakable and resounding flavour. The Curado is intense and mature, yet not too strong with distinctive buttery notes coupled with a full and fruity flavour. The texture is firm and compact, yet soft enough to still be enjoyed in a cheese board or in its own right.
