Bringing a fresh tangy taste from Spain and the Mediterranean, these Caramelised Red Spanish Peppers have been wood-fire roasted and then marinated in Moscatel wine and olive oil. These methods give an incredible smoky sweet flavour and a subtle floral edge from the wine. Bursting with flavour, they work well with meat or fish as a side dish. Alternatively, they are lovely served as part of a tapas menu, in salads or pasta dishes. Why not try grilling some sourdough bread with a little olive oil, spreading over morcilla and topping with the red peppers for a taste infusion.
