Sierra Cantabria D.O. Ca. Rioja
Sierra Cantabria Blanco D.O. Rioja is a wine cultivated in line with the natural biorhythms of its much-loved environment. The grapes are selectively harvested by hand into 20 kg crates and, once they reach the winery, they are destemmed and crushed in the traditional way to achieve a smoother extraction. The must is cold macerated for 10 hours and fermentation is carried out separately. The Sauvignon Blanc is placed in French oak barrels for 2 months with the rest of the grapes in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
On the palate is crisp, silky and delicate with primary fresh citrus fruit, apricots and a hint of vanilla.
