Organic Sujaira Cheese is a semi-hard, raw, organic goats' milk cheese with a natural rind and firm white paste. Produced using vegetable rennet, it boasts a firm and grainy texture, with an aroma reminiscent of cava and oil, alongside a pleasant balance of acidity, creaminess and bitterness. Incredibly rich and delicious, it has an intense flavour and boasts an aftertaste of cava and dried fruits, with a subtle sharpness provided by the vegetable rennet. Organic Sujaira Cheese is the perfect addition to any cheese board, enjoy it with a glass of sherry and olives to make the perfect aperitivo.
