Spanish pork loin expertly cured and cut into delectable slices. This superb meat is succulent, with incredibly soft texture thanks to the lean pork cuts used to make it. The meat is seasoned with smoky paprika and fresh garlic, then hung to cure for up to three months. The result is a lean, flavourful cured meat and its light curing and paprika rub combined with the flavour of the meat make it a wonderful tapas dish or accompaniment to a charcuterie board.
