Vilarnau Brut Reserva Cava has pronounced crisp fruit with a lovely balancing fresh acidity. Produced from a blend of Macabeo, Parellada and Chardonnay which are fermented separately before blending, bottling and ageing for 2 years. It is a pale straw colour with a steadily rising stream of fine bubbles refreshing finish on the palate.
