An organic Spanish sparkling rose cava wine made using traditional method. Garnacha and Pinot Noir grapes are harvested from Vilarnau's winery vineyards and fermented separately for 30 days before blending and second fermentation over 15 months on the lees in bottle.
Pale pink in appearance, Vilarnau Brut Reserva Rose shows great aromatic complexity, offering scents of subtle violets and roses in alongside ripe strawberry, blackberry, blueberry. On the palate it is soft, creamy, fresh and elegant, ideal to pair with pasta dishes or noodles.
