Stunning cured Iberico's pork sausage similar to chorizo made with minced meat (bacon and fat) and seasoned with a mix of the best natural spices such as paprika and a touch of oak's honey. When cut, it shows a gorgeous range from red to orange colour. Unctuous on the palette.

Our recommendation: Sobrasada is somehow spreadable chorizo, fantastic on bread and topped with a drizzle of honey, but also great to use as an ingredient to add depth of flavour to pasta or rice dishes, stews or casseroles, pastry... the possibilities are endless.
