The Raventos i Blanc Blanc de Blancs has a pale colour, and it is renowned for it’s soft toasted aromas, and dry lingering citrus qualities on the palate.
On the nose are fresh notes of citrus, with hints of Mediterranean herbs. The palate is beautifully balanced, with a round, full mouthfeel and a fresh and persistent finish.
This cava is a coupage of macabeo, xarel·lo, parellada and malvasía de Sitges. Certified biodynamic and organic.
